During the first decade of my career, I worked with many dynamic large corporations alongside my tremendous colleagues at KPMG. Over the next decade, I transitioned to the private side of #corporatefinance while also developing a passion for #startupsuccess & #smallbusiness through various #ventures.
Yes, the complexities, size, & magnitude of the transactions differed when comparing the large firms to #startups & #smallbusinessaccounting. However, I found many of the challenges could be distilled down to very common factors: Not enough time & focus to dedicate to a project &/or not enough #fundingoptions. This often cascades down to a lack of complete & accurate information, which then drives suboptimal decisions.
I then had a revelation a few years ago. Many large firms have leveraged outsourced & global teams for decades. In doing so, they were able to afford their local teams with more time & focus to tackle higher level tasks, while at the same time creating substantial room & flexibility within their #budgets.
Enter Anchored Global Office. We strive to lift the heavy burden of #finance, #accounting, & #bookkeepingservices from the shoulders of #founders#entrepreneurs & executives, thereby allowing them to focus more on growing their company.
