His expertise spans entrepreneurial ventures and investments, high-growth scaling, and advanced operational frameworks. As an angel investor and board advisor to various startups, Michael’s strategic foresight and ability to build trusted partnerships empower clients with scalable, tech-enabled solutions. Diana Emrani, CPA, PMP, brings 20 years of finance leadership to her role as Partner at AGO, specializing in fractional CFO services, accounting BPO solutions, and finance office of the future architecture. She guides clients through AI-enabled transformation with a project management approach that balances people, process, and technology. With a proven track record as a finance executive at Eko Health (including a $40M Series D raise), at Sientra where she built a SOX program from the ground up, and as an Audit Senior Manager at KPMG, Diana excels in driving transformational change, modernizing finance functions, and building scalable, future-ready organizations. She now brings that experience to her clients at AGO, helping finance executives apply a similar framework to AI transformation in a practical and budget-friendly way.
